Upon arrival the Tech. found the Goodman R22 AC System from 2012 was empty of R22 Refrigerant. Upon further inspection he found the Copper Refrigerant lines had been cut by the Evaporator Coil, the Plenum had been cut into, and an "Access" Valve had been installed on the Evaporator Coil for an unknown reason. We recommend replacement of the 2-1/2 Ton R22 A-Coil, which shall include repairing the Plenum, and then the AC System will need to be Pressure Tested, Pumped into a Vacuum, and re-charged with R22 Refrigerant as per Manufacturers Specification. The 2nd Option would be to replace the entire AC System.
