Found furnace not operating properly due to a faulty circuit board. The circuit board is not properly sensing the flame. Recommending replacement of board.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Trane furnace not working properly due to a broken flame sensor, and a faulty Blower Motor. Replaced the Flame Sensor and blower motor.
Upon arrival the Tech. Found the Trane furnace not operating properly due to a faulty pressure switch. Cleaned the furnace, replaced the pressure switch and cycled the unit. Furnace is now operating properly
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Gas was shut off on the Trane Furnace from 2004.due to carbon monoxide detection. Found a breach where the Hot Water Heater and Furnace uses the chimney as a chase. After Chimney was cleaned - Reconnected gas pipe from gas Co. disconnect, and relight pilot on furnace and Hot Water Heater.
Replaced 30amp Contactor and 45+5 Capacitor on AC Unit.
upon arrival the Tech. found the Rheem AC system operating properly. The main floor is cooling and itâ€™s set-point 71Â° while the second-floor temperature is 80Â°. In addition, there are no main supply trunk dampers and the second floor only has two supply registers. *Recommending two portable cooling units for the second floor.*
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Lennox AC system not operating properly due to a dirty Condenser coil and low refrigerant levels. Chemically Cleaned Condenser and added 1lb. of R-410A Refrigerant. The AC system was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech found the AC System was not operational due to a bad Condenser Fan Motor. The Condenser Fan Motor needs to be replaced with a Carrier
