Upon arrival the Tech. found the American Standard R22 AC System from 1999 was not working due to having No Refrigerant in the AC System. An Electronic Leak Test was performed, and leaks were found at the A-Coil.
* Based upon both Age as well as the System being an R22 System we recommend replacement with a Lennox 3-Ton 13 SEER (R410A) Condenser, a matched 3-Ton A-Coil, Fabricate and Install a Custom Sheet Metal Transition to accommodate the new A-Coil, Flush the existing refrigerant lines, Replace the Electrical Whip at the New AC Condenser, Set the Condenser on the existing AC Pad, and Pressure Test, Pump into Vacuum, and Check that the AC System is at Manufacturers Refrigerant Specification.
