Replaced 1/2 HP Blower Motor w/ 10 muf Capacitor
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Goodman furnace from 2015 not working properly due to a weak flame signal. Cleaned the Furnace and flame sensor, the unit ws fully operational at departure.The dryer exhaust flex has a hole in it and need to repair.
Upon arrival the Tech ffound the York Furnace not operating properly due to a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned the furnace and cycled the unit. Furnace is now operating properly.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Trane Furnace not operatiing due to a weak flame signal. Cleaned the Flame Sensor. The unit was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Radiators needed to be bled, but the Boiler will not build up Pressure. The Pressure Reducing Valve needs to be replaced. The Radiators need to be bled.
Conducted Spring PM on one Trane unit. Inspected refrigerant levels and electrical components and cleaned condenser. AC fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Lennox AC system from 2018 not operating due to the condensate pump being unplugged. Plugged the condensate pump back in and checked operations. The AC system was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Carrier AC System from 2006 is not cooling properly due to being low on R410A Refrigerant. An Electronic Leak Check was performed, and a leak was found in the Carrier "N" Coil. We recommend replacement of the Carrier "N" Coil as follows:
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Lennox AC system working properly. The Tech. found the second floor supply dampers closed. Opened second floor dampers to allow air into the second floor space. The AC system was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Trane R22 AC Condenser from 2006 has a Grounded Compressor.
* Based upon age and this being an R22 System, replacement of the AC System is recommended. Please forward your approval.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the disconnect on the Condenser unit in the "off"position. Put disconnect in the "on" position. Unit started up. Checked refrigeration levels. AC system was fully operational at departure.
Installation of a Trane XR13 2-ton (R410A) Condenser with a matched A-coil. A New Electrical Whip shall be installed between exisitng Disconenct Box to the new AC condenser. the New AC Condenser shall be set upon New Rigid Poly Condenser Pad
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Carrier AC system working properly. There was water in the bottom cabinet and the Tech. believes when the A-Coil thawed out the IFC board had gotten wet and the fan shut off. The AC system was working at departure. Unit stopped working as the Tech. was leaving. It was blowing air indoors but the compressor would shut off while the condenser fan would stay running. After a couple of minutes it would come back up and run and coil as it should. Checked all the electrical components and they are within specs. The AC was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the AC system not operating properly due to low refrigerant levels. Added 1lb. of R-22 Refrigerant. The AC was fully operational at departure. *There wasn't a sticker with the badge on the AC unit, so we are unable to get the model number and serial number*
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Condensate Drain clogged. Unclogged the Condensate Drain. *The floor drain is backed up as well. Plumber will be needed.*
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Lennox AC system not operating properly due to a faulty Condenser Fan Motor and Capacitor. Replaced the Condenser Fan Motor and 50+5 Capacitor. The AC was fully operational at departure.
