Upon arrival the Tech found the AC System was not operational due to a bad Condenser Fan Motor, and the Capacitor should be replaced as well. The Carrier AC Condenser was extremely dirty and needed to be cleaned in order to confirm accurate refrigerant pressures.

6/28/19 - We spoke with Diamond on Friday and explained that there are "Before" & "After" photo's in the Portal that were attached at the time of service.
6/29/19 - We received a call on Saturday, asking that we re-submit without the Condenser Cleaning, and I explained the same to her. The Condenser WAS cleaned, and therefore the charge is valid (again, photo's are present).
7/1/19 - We spoke with Al this morning who asked that we re-submit our Proposal again, so that it could be re-reviewed.
