Upon Arrival The Tech. Found The AC Condenser Without A Data Tag, Was Not Cooling Properly, And Would Not Shut Off. The Condenser Is Extremely Dirty And Needs To Be Cleaned In Order To Obtain Accurate Refrigerant Pressures To Charge The Unit. We Estimate It Is 3 Lbs. Low On R22 Refrigerant And That Is 20+ Years Old. The 2nd Option Would Be To Replace The AC System, And The Property Would Be Properly Sized With A 2-1/2 Ton AC System. Please Forward Your Approval And Advise Which Option To Proceed With.
